Assess your leadership skills
Before your managerial and leadership skills core course, you’ll participate in gathering information about your leadership style through 360° feedback from your peers, staff and managers. You learn how you perform on success factors that are essential to management and executive roles. You’ll also receive feedback on problem areas that can stall your career.
Enhance your skills and create a Professional Development Plan
Early in the Program, you will create a Professional Development Plan (PDP) in your leadership and management core course. This will be your guide when you consider career moves and prepare for career coaching sessions. The plan also guides Evening and Weekend MBA students as they select elective courses.
Enhance strengths; shore up weaknesses
Leadership and communication seminars are integrated into the MBA for Executives curriculum to help you fulfill your personal development plan.
