Recruiting Access Program
Balancing the career needs of our MBA for Executives students with the interests of corporate sponsors is sometimes hard. Here’s the compromise that keeps everyone’s interests in mind.
Who is eligible?
The Recruiting Access Program is designed for these self-paying students or students with minimal company sponsorship who are conducting or planning a job search:
- Self-employed students
- Students employed by a company that does not provide financial support or time off from work to attend classes.
- Students who receive financial support as a corporate education benefit that is available to all employees in the company but do not receive time off from work to attend classes.
- Other students who submit a signed corporate authorization form. We encourage you to contact us before you approach your employer.
Additional career management services
- On-campus MBA recruiting: While most recruiters at career events are looking for entry-level MBAs, some may also need MBAs with more experience. If you meet the eligibility requirements, you may attend MBA Career Fairs and submit your resume to be considered for on-campus interviews with companies who express interest in Executive MBA students.
- Career coaching: Our director of career management will coach you on how to prepare for MBA Career Fairs, conduct a successful job search, and negotiate job offers.
- Special workshops: You may attend special workshops on job search strategies and preparing for the campus recruiting process.
