Benefits and services for UNC Kenan-Flagler alumni

New Services from UNC Kenan-Flagler Alumni Affairs:

Universal E-mail Forwarding Available to all Alumni
UNC Kenan-Flagler now offers you a way to identify with the School and stay connected with your important contacts wherever you go in life. Once you establish your uncbusiness.net e-mail address, it can be forwarded to any e-mail inbox you specify. When you change jobs or e-mail accounts, your uncbusiness.net address will always move with you. This program was offered to students in the past academic year with great success. We are now pleased to offer this benefit to all alumni. To get all the details and to set up your account today, go to www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/alumni, and click on “Universal E-mail Forwarding” in the left-hand menu.

Initial Alumni Club Leadership Forum A Big Success
During the weekend of April 23-25, 2004, key alumni volunteers representing 10 cities from across the United States gathered in Chapel Hill for the inaugural Alumni Club Leadership Forum. The weekend produced a great exchange of ideas and sharing of best practices to help our clubs expand alumni activities in the coming year.

Career Development Program Expanding
In February 2004, John Worth joined UNC Kenan-Flagler in the newly created position of director of alumni and Executive MBA career development. John now oversees all career development activities and is available for individual career counseling sessions both in person and by phone. He also writes a column, “Career Corner,” that you can read each month in the UNC Kenan-Flagler alumni e-newsletter. You can contact John anytime at .

In addition to calling on John’s expertise, please be aware that our Alumni Career Network allows you access to a large directory of alumni and friends who provide valuable information about their career fields, employers and geographic areas. We invite all alumni to use this service if you are in the process of reevaluating your career.

Also, please consider joining the Alumni Career Network as a volunteer. Everyone has a set of experiences from which their fellow alumni can benefit. To access or join the Alumni Career Network, go to www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/alumni, and click on “Search Alumni Career Network” or “Join Alumni Career Network.”
