Business Week ranked Kenan-Flagler's executive programs among the best in the world in a survey released Oct. 4, 2001. The Executive MBA (EMBA) Program was ranked No. 5 overall.

The EMBA Program earned a No. 2 ranking for graduate satisfaction and special recognition for:

  • Faculty excellence: A's for both teaching and curriculum.
  • Staff support: EMBA Programs received an A for support, ranking No. 4.
  • Subject areas: No. 3 in global business, No. 4 in both ethics and finance.

The Executive Education programs were ranked No. 18. The ranking was based on surveys of corporate managers and human resources executives. Of the 210 companies that completed the survey, 57 percent were from outside the United States.





The Financial Times ranked Kenan-Flagler's MBA Program No. 20, up a spot from the previous year, in the FT's annual ranking of the world's top 100 schools. The newspaper measured the career progression of the Class of 1998, as well as diversity and research.





Forbes ranked Kenan-Flagler's MBA Program No. 16 in its second annual ranking on October 2001, up three spots from the previous year.


Hispanic Business magazine ranked Kenan-Flagler No. 4 in its annual top 10 listing of the "best grad programs for Hispanics" in 2002.
