The Africa Business Conference on leadership set for April 4
Developing leaders in Africa is the subject of an April 4 conference at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
“Leading in the Frontier: Growing and Developing the Next Great Leaders for Africa” is organized by the Africa Business Alliance (ABA) at UNC Kenan-Flagler.
Keynote addresses will be given by:
- Erika Linnander of the Global Health Leadership Institute at Yale University
- Gbenga Ogunjimi of the Landmark Development Initiative Africa
Panels will include:
- Leadership at the secondary and professional level with Segun Olagunju of the African Leadership Academy; Gbenga Ogunjimi of the Landmark Development Initiative Africa; and Lauren Thomas of Mozambikes, Lda.
- Leadership in the healthcare industry with Erika Linnander of the Global Health Leadership Institute at Yale University; Susan Post of Management Sciences for Health; and Haroun Habib of LGT Venture Philanthropy.
The conference is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Kenan Center.
