UNC Real Estate Conference set for April 18
The 2013 UNC Real Estate Conference will be held April 18 at the Carolina Club at the University of North Carolina.
Organized by the Center for Real Estate Development (CRED) at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, the event will include talks by:
Tim Naughton, CEO and president, AvalonBay Communities
Mark Dotzour, chief economist and director of research, Real Estate Center, Texas A&M University
Mark W. Yusko, founder, CEO and CIO, Morgan Creek Capital
Mitchell Silver, president, American Planning Association; chief planning and development officer, and planning director, Raleigh, N.C.
“This conference draws real estate market professionals from all industry segments to UNC to discuss real estate and capital markets topics and network,” said Dave Hartzell, the Steven D. Bell and Leonard W. Wood Distinguished Professor in Real Estate at UNC Kenan-Flagler.
UNC Kenan-Flagler has been a leader in real estate education for 40 years, developing students’ knowledge and technical skills so they can build successful careers in real estate. Founded more than a decade ago, CRED bridges the worlds of academia and industry for students, faculty and alumni.
