What has UNC Kenan Flagler meant to your career?

One of the main reasons I selected UNC Kenan-Flagler for my MBA was the Sustainable Enterprise concentration. Kenan-Flagler has a truly outstanding program that provided the foundation for my future career in corporate responsibility and sustainability.

What has Kenan-Flagler’s global focus meant to your career?

UNC Kenan-Flagler provided me with an invaluable international perspective. In one year alone, I traveled to four different continents through UNC Kenan-Flagler-related programs, including internships in South Africa and Thailand. Kenan-Flagler provided the international focus and the global opportunities I was seeking from a business school.

How has the Kenan-Flagler network affected your career?

When I was looking for opportunities, I knew I wanted to return to California so I leveraged the Kenan-Flagler network to find alumni in Southern California. I met with several alumni at my targeted companies and was able to secure a few job offers through contacts in the Kenan-Flagler network. Using the Kenan-Flagler network and staying in touch with fellow alumni has benefited me in my current position by enabling me to remain well connected within the larger corporate sustainability movement in the United States and on a global scale.
