Mindy joined UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1998 as director of MBA Career Services, where she provided leadership for marketing the school’s graduates to national and international firms.

Since 2005, Mindy has filled the role of director of leadership development for Kenan-Flagler Business School. She is responsible for identifying and delivering leadership experiences that complement traditional curriculum and improve student leadership skills. Mindy’s outreach includes building relationships with corporate executives and business leaders to encourage their involvement in the portfolio of leadership initiatives.

Prior to UNC, Mindy worked for General Electric. During her career at GE, she provided human resouce leadership on organizational design, reductions-in-force, compensation, and succession planning. She educated and coached managers on leadership skills, performance management and employee development. Mindy has been trained in Six Sigma and received a green belt.

Mindy graduated from UNC’s Executive MBA Program while at GE and also received a B.S. from The Ohio State University.
