Simulations

Managerial Simulation

The Managerial Simulation is a type of interactive training and feedback often limited to managers in many corporate organizations. In the role of a mid-level manager, you will deal with conflict, influence and motivate others, communicate vision, and deal with stress in the context of two one-on-one meetings. You will receive personal feedback on your performance and very specific guidance on how to handle similar situations in the future.

Performing Under Pressure

The purpose of this simulation is to give you an opportunity, in the role as a Vice President of a global firm, to demonstrate your leadership to your senior management team and your organization. The exercise simulates what is waiting for you as a new hire, in your e-mail.

The exercise will assess you in the areas of planning and organizing written communication, interpersonal sensitivity, problem-solving and decision-making, delegation and empowerment, and change management.  A group debrief and workbook will help you assess your own performance.

Up Your Game

This simulation provides you the opportunity, as an associate brand manager, to demonstrate your readiness to assume more responsibility to your manager and team. The exercise will assess you in the areas of planning and organizing, problem-solving, performance orientation, teamwork, communication, managing conflict and influence.  A small group debrief will be facilitated by an executive coach to help you assess your performance.
