Pre-MBA assessment
You will ask for anonymous multi-rater feedback from your peers, direct reports, and/or managers at your previous job. You will learn how you approach tasks and critical management situations. You will find where you will thrive as a professional – and where you may stall.
Peer feedback
A good leader must also be a good peer and a good follower. Being able to play all three roles effectively is critical to your success.
You will be assigned to a study team when you arrive on campus. These peers will be your partners in completing projects throughout your core curriculum. The study team provides real-world experience in leveraging team members’ diverse experiences and skills to achieve success. You also gain experience in managing team dynamics and handling conflict effectively. Your study team members will evaluate your performance and provide you with constructive feedback.
You will also receive peer feedback from STAR experiences, as a student leader in the MBA Student Association, and in the Leadership Immersion course.
