2008 CRED Annual Meeting - The Center for Real Estate Development concluded a successful annual conference on Feb. 21, 2008. Held in the Alumni Hall at the Carolina Club on campus, the conference drew almost 280 attendees. Kenan-Flagler Launches Two New Student Managed Investment Funds - UNC Kenan-Flagler has established what is believed to be the first investment fund in real estate through its Center for Real Estate Development, as well as a private equity fund through its Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
