Battlefield Situational Awareness and Logistics Command and Control

CLDS-developed LogNet is an intelligent information system that provides an integrated view of the logistics environment, providing military commanders with real-time situational awareness of the battlefield in order to make better logistics re-supply decisions. Capabilities include autonomous fuel, ammunition, and spare parts re-supply. Real-time status of various platforms with respect to fuel and water is gathered by mobile agents and published to a messaging environment capable of providing a common operational picture of the battlefield. Intelligent decision support tools, including associative memory learning agents, recommend logistics re-supply missions-i.e. when to re-supply, who to re-supply, how much to re-supply, and how to route the re-supply mission.
