Dr. Linning Cai received his Ph.D. from the Xi’An Jiaotong University. His research interests lie in the field of logistics and supply chain management, RFID and production scheduling.
Recent research includes a National Science Foundation-funded project on recycling logistics system and two projects on logistics information systems supported by the Beijing municipal government.
His recent design work includes a logistics network for SINO Chem, a production scheduling system for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., and a distribution system for China Tobacco.
Cai is active in enterprise development and teaching logistics courses for companies around the world.
