  • The Leadership Effectiveness Workshop is designed specifically for business professionals currently serving in a leadership role, or anticipating leadership responsibilities in the future. The leadership skills training received will also benefit individual contributors who are not serving in a management role but who lead and influence others in their organization. Participants will earn 2.3 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) and include high-potential and mid to senior-level managers who want to:

    Benson Rosen, PhD, is a professor of organizational behavior who teaches organizational behavior, human resource management and leadership courses.
