Overview

Audience

The Executive Program is designed for experienced logistics leaders who set the strategic direction and vision for their respective organizations as well as those who deal with complex logistics and organizational transformation. Participants may include military flag officers (O-6 by exception), Senior Executive Service civilians, and their private sector counterparts. This course typically numbers 20 participants from DoD, DoD agencies, joint commands, and the military services, five from DHS, as well as seven from the private sector.

Content

This four-day program gives participants the opportunity to explore leading-edge supply-chain, logistics, and organizational management concepts. They can test their ideas against peers and leaders in the military, business, and academe; challenge assumptions; and leave with a better understanding of the future of logistics and technology. The program involves intensive discussions, lectures, case study analysis, and interaction between military logistics leadership and recognized civilian and academic logistics innovators. Participants leave the LOGTECH programs energized and enabled to make real and positive improvements in their organizations and profession.
