The Leadership Effectiveness Workshop will allow you to sharpen the leadership skills needed for both personal and professional growth. Learn more about your own leadership style and how to effectively maximize your strengths as a leader with this three day seminar.

The Leadership Effectiveness Workshop is designed specifically for business professionals currently serving in a leadership role, or anticipating leadership responsibilities in the future. The leadership skills training received will also benefit individual contributors who are not serving in a management role but who lead and influence others in their organization. Participants will earn 2.3 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) and include high-potential and mid to senior-level managers who want to:

Dave Hofmann, PhD, is a professor of organizational behavior and leadership who teaches about strategic problem-solving and decision-making and leadership strategies for success.

Mabel Miquel, PhD, is a professor of leadership and management who focuses on motivating performance in challenging business environments and leadership success.

    The Leadership Effectiveness Workshop is held at the Rizzo Conference Center, our world-class facility in Chapel Hill, NC.
