The best leaders have a highly developed sense of self-awareness, and connect with others in a meaningful and authentic way. This self-awareness and ability to connect are embodied in “leadership presence," which is in part a projection of values and convictions and requires honesty, trust and confidence. In the "Developing Leadership Presence” program, you’ll have the opportunity to explore, develop, and refine your leadership presence so that you can lead more effectively in your organization. You will:

  • Examine theory and best practices of presentation, body language and self-awareness
  • Develop effective strategies for presenting information in an engaging manner tailored to the audience
  • Practice confidence-building techniques
  • Identify and rehearse 'best practices' for cultivating confident body language and vocal quality
  • Understand the power of creating and delivering stories to enhance your leadership presence
