Libby McDonald is office manager and administrative assistant for the associate dean of Executive Development at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Libby joined the Kenan-Flagler Business School in July 1979. She worked in the MBA office as receptionist-secretary before transferring to executive development programs in October 1980. During her thirty-one years with executive development, Libby has also served as program manager and budget officer. Libby is a graduate of Elon University in Elon College, NC with an Associate Arts degree in Secretarial Science. Her hobbies include gardening and making jewelry.
