Laura Small is a Client Relationship Manager for Executive Development. Joining the team in January 2010, she works to identify and develop strategic relationships for the benefit of Executive Development and UNC Kenan-Flagler.
Before joining Executive Development, Laura worked at Duke University where she served as Sales Manager for the R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center. Laura managed both open enrollment and custom executive education programs and participants. Prior to her time with Duke, Laura worked as a Human Resource Specialist in two local consulting firms, and before that she worked as a Program Coordinator at the Center for Creative Leadership.
Laura received her BA in Organizational Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and later earned an MS in International Business from High Point University.
