Amy Zook is a Program Manager for Executive Development. Amy joined the team in 2009, and she manages customized global programs for corporate clients. Amy currently works exclusively with ExxonMobil and is the onsite manager for programs delivered in France. Her past client relationships have included Lowe’s, Owens Corning, the Institute for Defense and Business, NC National Guard, and U.S. Army. Before joining Executive Development, Amy worked at Global Knowledge where she managed resources and logistics for both custom and open enrollment Microsoft IT courses.
Amy has a background in business continuity/disaster recovery planning, and has worked and written plans for The Capital Group Companies. She attended the University of North Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Administration and Planning with a minor in Technical Writing.
