Susan Palmer

Susan N. Palmer is a Program Director in Executive Development and Adjunct Professor of Management. She has designed custom executive programs for global organizations including Caterpillar, Grant Thornton, John Deere, Monsanto, Novartis, SAS Institute, Siemens and Xerox and has delivered executive programs in Mexico and India. She also designs open-enrollment executive programs for human resource professionals with a focus on building business knowledge and skills and teaches human resource management in the school’s MBA for Executives program. Susan was previously employed by Wells Fargo and Prudential Financial as a human resource executive. She holds a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from North Carolina State University.
