Lee Williams

Lee Williams is Program Director for Executive Development. Her focus is the development of new custom and open enrollment programs, as well as the stewardship of existing programs. Prior to joining UNC, she worked for Royal and SunAlliance as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and for EBI Companies as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development. Lee received an MA from Webster University and is currently pursuing a PhD degree in Business at Capella University. Lee is certified to administer MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) assessments. Additional certifications include executive coaching, behavioral based interviewing, large group facilitation and diversity consulting. Lee is also a certified six-sigma – ‘green belt’.
