Christopher Hitch, Ph.D.

Chris Hitch is Program Director of Executive Development at University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He has over twenty-two years of diversified management experience in the corporate and public service sectors. He has also been a frequent presenter at state, regional, and national conferences on topics related to leadership, management, and executive development.

Chris previously served as a director for executive development for North Carolina school principals and associate superintendents. He has also served as a product director for Global Knowledge. Chris started his career as a teacher, then served as a principal of three schools and as HR and Accountability Director for a North Carolina school district before working at Global Knowledge. Chris received his B.A. and M.A. from Austin College and his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
