Dan Fink - President
Dan received a BS in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2008. Upon graduating, he commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Dan was a Marine for six years, holding the positions of platoon commander, staff officer, and company commander, before making the transition to business school at Kenan-Flagler. Dan is looking to transition to a career in investment banking.
Matt Farver - Executive Vice President
Matt received a BS in Sociology from Towson University in 2005 and was commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy in 2008. As a Navy Intelligence Officer, Matt held the positions of Officer in Charge and Company Officer in Charge before making the transition to business school at Kenan-Flagler. Matt is looking to transition to a career in private wealth management.
Luis Morales - VP of Communications
Luis received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT in 2004. He was commissioned as a Navy Officer where he served as a Navy Diver and Submarine Officer. Luis left the active duty Navy in June 2009 and continues to serve in the Navy Reserves where he has completed 2 additional active duty periods supporting the Haiti earthquake relief efforts as a Current Operations Planner during Operation Unified Response and as a Training Planner and Joint Operations Team Chief at the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Luis has also worked in the technology industry as an Integration Engineer for Cymer's TCZ business group. He then transitioned to UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School where he is pursuing an MBA with a Marketing concentration and Entrepreneurship enrichment.
David Weiss - VP of Corporate Sponsorship
Dave received a BA in History from the University of Portland in 2007. Upon graduating, he commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. Serving seven years in both the armor and intelligence branches, he held various positions in tank, scout, infantry, and WMD response units while being stationed in South Korea, Germany, Afghanistan, and Maryland. Dave is looking to pursue a career in marketing and global strategy for a consumer goods company.
Mark Boychak - VP of Learning and Development
Mark received a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY in 2007. Upon graduating, he commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. Mark was an Infantry Officer for seven years, holding the positions of platoon leader, executive officer, aide-de-camp, staff officer, and company commander before attending business school at Kenan-Flagler. Mark is pursuing an Operations Management concentration, and as a sponsored student, he will return to the Army following graduation.
