Leadership Team

Melanee Swanson - President

Melanee grew up outside Detroit, Michigan and completed her undergrad degree at Davidson College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During her time at Davidson, she spent most of her free hours playing for the soccer team. After graduation, she followed her love of sports and started as a Corporate Ticket Sales Account Executive for the Charlotte Bobcats (now Charlotte Hornets). After two years of sports sales, she moved to a financial services firm, where she managed the client relationships for hedge funds and management consulting firms. Working alongside management consulting firms peaked her interest in Consulting as a career, and she headed to UNC in order to pursue that career path. At UNC, she is also a Leadership Fellow and a member of CWIB and the Sports and Entertainment Club. In her free time, Melanee coaches and does CrossFit, tries new restaurants in the Triangle area, plays with her dog and cat, and travels.
