At Kenan-Flagler, she is concentrating in management consulting and is excited to give back to UNC by serving as a strategic planning advisor for the UNC College of Arts and Sciences. Kelly Lynch - VP of Case Competitions
Kelly was born in Syracuse, NY but moved to Cary, NC when she was 10 because her parents greatly disliked dealing with three kids in snow suits. Despite missing the great white North, Kelly attended UNC-Chapel Hill for undergrad where she majored in Journalism. She decided against the reporter's life after graduation and moved to California to work in the spicy hot tech industry (in recruiting). She then spent a year back in NC working as the marketing communications manager for the full-time MBA program at, you guessed it, UNC Kenan-Flagler. Unable to sit still and craving good ramen, she moved back to San Francisco to work for Google where she spent the three years prior to business school. Besides spending excessive amounts of money moving across the country, Kelly enjoys good bagels, board games, watching hockey, and pretending to be athletic.
