Colin Curlee - President
Colin is originally from Knoxville, TN and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Finance. He is currently pursuing his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate, and he hopes to work in commercial real estate development. Prior to business school, Colin worked in the commercial banking industry in Charleston, SC and Nashville, TN, primarily analyzing and evaluating loan requests for commercial real estate projects and operating companies. In his free time, Colin enjoys watching college football (in particular UGA), playing the drums, and listening to music.
Tyler Tripp - VP of Finance
Tyler grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2009. Following graduation, Tyler worked in the financial services industry for six years before deciding to attend UNC Kenan-Flagler with his wife, Emily. His hobbies include playing the guitar, reading, and cooking.
Tyler Smith - VP of Communications
Tyler is originally from Chattanooga, TN and went to Covenant College for his undergrad. Prior to business school, Tyler worked as a Marketing Analyst for Chattem Inc., a $1 billion CPG healthcare/personal care company. After business school, Tyler hopes to continue his marketing career in Brand Management for a consumer products company. In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing golf, pick up basketball, and baseball. Tyler and his wife Lis attend The Church of the Good Shepard in Durham, NC.
Chris Jang - VP of Corporate Relations
Chris is from Seoul, South Korea and graduated from Chung-Ang University. Chris has pursued a diverse career path. He first became a business developer at an engineering company and was in charge of renewable energy business development. Later, he moved to a local public organization that supports small businesses and provided advisory services to small companies. After working two years at the organization, Chris moved to Qatar and became a project manager for a water purification facility construction project. Chris is truly enjoying his time at UNC Kenan-Flagler and plans on working in marketing/strategy. He enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, and watching movies.
Greg Lane - VP of Learning & Development
Greg attended Wheaton College (IL) where he received his undergraduate degree in Economics and ran varsity track & field and cross country. He worked for five years in Washington, DC, at a public policy think tank and worked for two years at the North Carolina General Assembly prior to business school. In his free time, Greg enjoys running, playing guitar, and traveling with his wife.
