Develop your leadership skills with access to entrepreneurs, business leaders, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers as a Kenan Institute Leadership Fellow.
Each year, the Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise selects a team of exceptional students as Leadership Fellows. This two-year leadership development program pairs UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School students with the institute’s thought leaders and projects. Through personal access and first-hand experience, the Kenan Institute Leadership Fellows Program provides our students a unique environment in which they develop effective leadership skills necessary for business success.
Leadership Fellows are able to leverage the institute’s unparalleled access to entrepreneurs, business leaders, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to strengthen collaboration and thought sharing among our partners on campus, in North Carolina, and beyond. This mutually beneficial leadership development program enhances the student’s experience at Kenan-Flagler. Working together, our Leadership Fellows strive to advance the Institute’s mission, especially with an eye to positioning UNC as the #1 entrepreneurial and innovative university, and North Carolina as a global leader in innovation and entrepreneurship.
