Matching MBA talent with your company’s needs is our ultimate goal. When it comes to hiring, we have several options:
On-Campus Interviews
Our Associate Directors know the students and can answer questions regarding recruiting strategy, plans, goals, salary ranges, etc. The Recruiting Coordinators can assist you with all logistical information including collecting resumes, scheduling slot times and providing parking passes. Video and Phone Interviews
If you can’t visit campus, we can arrange an interview through our video-conferencing system or by phone. For more information contact our office.
Resume Books
The MBA Career Management Center works with MBA Focus to provide electronic access to resumes of current first- and second-year MBA students. The profiles and resumes are fully-searchable on multiple fields, and can be filtered to identify the candidates who best meet your hiring needs. You can also forward resumes to colleagues and email candidates directly. To order books for either or both classes, click on the link below.

Online Job Postings
Companies with immediate openings or those who want to gauge student interest before interviewing on campus have the option to post a job on our electronic job board. This is a free online service accessible to first- and second-year MBA students as well as Kenan-Flagler alumni. To submit a job posting, log on to Recruiter Central.
Interview Forums
We work with other top-ranked schools to host off-campus interviews and accommodate companies that cannot travel to UNC. See the Recruiting Calendar for dates of the West Coast Interview Forum and the Southeast MBA Schools Interview Forum.
