A 20-member Operations Committee helps UNC CIBER manage the nuts and bolts of implementing programs and provides detailed feedback to ensure the high quality of its education and research programs.
The committee includes leaders of each project and key administrators in international education.
It meets monthly and is chaired by CIBER Executive Director Dr. Julia Kruse.
