Mark Scullion

Mark Scullion is a Director of Functional Solutions at Quintiles Inc where his work focuses on the design, build and implementation of strategic partnerships for pharmabio customers. He has previously worked in strategic alliance management for top ten pharma companies and led the Enterprise Transformation consulting practice at Quintiles, employing performance analytics to drive corporate transformation.  His work has included designing alternative approaches to clinical trial design and the creation of productivity and financial models to maximize the return on sponsor company assets.  Before working at Quintiles, Mark spent more than ten years in international education, including four years for for the BSBA program at UNC Kenan-Flagler.  Mark holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MSc in European politics from the University of Liverpool and a B.A. with honours in French and Portuguese from the University of Leeds.
