- You’ll customize your MBA with a minimum of 10 elective courses selected from 16 or more courses, including global immersions. Additional elective options may be available in the Weekend program (for a nominal fee).
The Evening MBA Program lasts from October 2013 to October 2015 (24 months). Courses are held one night a week during core courses, with some additional evenings required for electives, plus four immersion weekends over the 24-month program. Find out more about the schedule here.
Class of 2015 Core Curriculum Calendar
The Evening MBA Program begins with core courses that give you a broad foundation in analyzing business environments, building strategies, and shaping yourself as a leader. Everyone in your class will take the core courses together as a group. In February 2015, you will begin your elective courses. You can customize your MBA by selecting at least 10 electives from 16 or more courses. You may also choose from several global immersion courses for an additional fee. Weekend electives may also be offered at a nominal fee.
Evening MBA course sequence
Your Evening MBA classmates will have about ten years of professional experience. You’ll learn as much from them as your professors. The students in the Evening program come from a wide variety of professional, educational and cultural backgrounds.
Most classes will be held at the in the McColl Building next to the Dean Smith Center on UNC’s campus.

Leadership courses and seminars are integrated into the core curriculum, with additional leadership elective courses available. Support for your career includes individual coaching, workshops and seminars, alumni network, campus events and online resources. Cost is $76,000 for the Evening MBA Program beginning October 2013. Cost includes tuition, texts, socials, meals during immersion weekends and housing during orientation. Your $1,500 deposit reserves your place in the Class of 2015. Find out more about Tuition and Financial Aid here.
