Kathryn Black

Kathryn Black is the Enterprise Client Coverage (ECC) Consumer & Small Business Bank (CSBB) and Home Loans executive for Bank of America.  In this role, Kathryn is responsible for developing and managing an enterprise model to enable CSBB and Home Loans to leverage business integration opportunities with business lines across the company.

By working across business lines the ECC enables market share gains and delivery of the full power of Bank of America to individuals, companies and institutional investors.

With 16 years of financial services experience, Black has held a variety of roles at financial institutions, including the management of consumer deposit products and pricing, product development, sales and marketing. Previously, Black spent 11 years with Bank of America in a number of roles, including deposit product management, sales management, marketing and brand strategy.

Immediately prior to rejoining Bank of America, Black served at Wells Fargo, leading a team of product managers responsible for high value deposit solutions focused on the mass affluent segment. She also managed deposit marketing and communications.

A native of Texas, Black received a bachelor of arts degree from Queens University of Charlotte in 1993, and a masters of business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in 1999.  During her time at Kenan-Flagler Business School, Black served as President of the MBA Student Association and was awarded the Frank Hawkins Kenan Award for Excellence.

Black resides in Charlotte, N.C., with her husband and three sons, and currently serves on the board of Queens University of Charlotte.
