Overview

Financial management is critical to your success. You must be able to communicate knowledgeably about financial accounting, becoming familiar with terms such as cash flow, balance sheet, and accounts receivable. Knowing how to read financial statements and annual reports is essential.

This seminar teaches the financial skills and concepts you need to define and measure your organization's financial performance. You will learn to make decisions based on financial reports and interface more effectively with financial managers.
