    Overview

    Today HR executives must have skills and knowledge that extend beyond the human resource function. If you are an HR manager who wants to contribute more broadly in your organization, this program is for you.     Financial Reporting and Analysis

    • Recognize the importance of financial information in making strategic decisions within the human resources area

    • Understand how to use business decisions for creating and delivering value

    • Learn how to prepare and present a business case for the CFO

    • Explore key operations concepts used in any business enterprise (service and production oriented)
