Organizational Behavior Courses
A main feature of the PhD program at UNC is the emphasis on the close collaboration between PhD students and faculty. During the first two years of the PhD program, students are taught the theory and the empirics of modern OB in order to prepare them for a career as a researcher. Typically, students take PhD courses in a wide variety of subjects including:
- Organizational Behavior
- Groups and Teams
- Human Resource Management
- Statistics
- Research Methods
- Social Psychology
- Sociology of Organizations
- Psychology of Emotions
