Global Business Projects (GBP) are projects that can benefit from having a team that is familiar with language and culture of the country where the project is focused and also from having the team spend time in that country during the timeframe of the project. GBP projects are conducted by graduate students in business and other related disciplines at the participating schools and are guided by a faculty advisor, who, along with the primary company representative, will advise the team throughout the project period, March 12 - May 28, 2010.
GBP destination countries for 2010 are Brazil, China, Japan, Poland, and Russia. Teams selected for a project will have collective competence in the language of that country as well as in the functional areas that the project encompasses.

to indicate your interest at the end of this application.
At the end of your application, you will be asked to confirm with your initials that you commit to the above contribution.
Please provide the information requested below to help us determine if your organization and your project are a good fit with STAR and to give us enough information to find team members whose skills, interests, and experience fit your project.
Applications are due by October 15, 2009; however, applications received by September 30th are more likely to receive a team, since students will be given some sense of the projects received by Sept 30th in a STAR information session in early October.
