Career Services
University Career Services (UCS) is the primary recruiting resource for BSBA students. UCS services include, but are not limited to the following:
- Job and internship postings
- Resume referral service
- Optimal Resume (resume creation tool)
- On-campus interviews
- Networking databases — Carolina Connection, CareerSearch, e-Leads
- Career events such as career fairs/expos, employer information sessions, career panels and networking nights
- Career counseling, assessment and mock interviews by online appointment
The BSBA Program works with UCS to provide supplemental career development services such as:
- Career counseling, interest testing and mock interviews tailored to business students
- Interaction with executives through one of the largest student-run events in the country: The Undergraduate Business Symposium

- Career events and workshops in conjunction with coursework, such as:
- Job Search Skills Workshop, where students learn from recruiters
- Mock Interview Day, where students practice interviewing with recruiters
- Co-curricular activities offered through Kenan-Flagler Business school resources such as:
- Student clubs and organizations
- Mentoring programs with Kenan-Flagler alumni, faculty and MBA students
- Dean’s Speaker Series
- Other guest presentations
- Kenan-Flagler online resources and networking databases for business students
