Managerial Simulation
The Managerial Simulation is a type of interactive training and feedback often limited to managers in many corporate organizations. In the role of a mid-level manager, you will deal with conflict, influence and motivate others, communicate vision, and deal with stress in the context of two one-on-one meetings. You will receive personal feedback on your performance and very specific guidance on how to handle similar situations in the future.

New Leader Simulation
The purpose of this simulation is to give you an opportunity, in the role as a Vice President of a global firm, to demonstrate your leadership to your senior management team and your organization. The exercise simulates what is waiting for you as a new hire, in your e-mail.

You will be asked to respond electronically to e-mail from diverse stakeholders. Your objective is to ensure that you do your best within the time frame imposed. Your new team, colleagues and superiors will base their impression of your leadership on how you respond to the information presented.
