Course goals
This course will offer you a unique opportunity to synthesize and deepen your mastery of the core leadership principles through intensive application, experiential learning, individualized feedback, and reflection. To ensure development and growth, class size is limited and a selection process seeks to identify the students best suited for this unique opportunity.
The Leadership Immersion focuses on several core areas that have been consistently identified as key development areas by students, recruiters, and practicing leaders. These areas include:
self-awareness
conflict management
power and influence
motivation
delegation
empowerment
leading a team
Course Format
Faculty and successful executives collaborate to deliver the following course elements:
“Apprentice”-style team competitions
Simulations
Treks to major cities for Lessons of Experience with CEOs and executives from various industries
Outdoor experience challenges and competitions
Individualized coaching from executives and faculty
