Mindy and Peter are responsible for identifying and delivering leadership experiences that improve student leadership skills. They also build relationships with corporate executives and business leaders to encourage their involvement in UNC Kenan-Flagler's leadership initiatives.

Faculty Directors
David Hofmann, Academic Director of Leadership Development
Dave is an award-winning researcher and teacher in organizational behavior and leadership. He is also the associate dean of the fulltime MBA Program.
Lynne Gerber, STAR Program Director
Lynn is the program director and faculty supervisor for the STAR (Student Teams Achieving Results) program. She also directs the UNC Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER), which develops programs that enable students and faculty to excel in international business.
William H. Grumbles, Jr., Executive Liaison
Bill is the executive-in-residence at UNC Kenan-Flagler. His teaching focuses on the planning and execution of individual leadership development. He is the former president of worldwide distribution for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS) and a former vice president for HBO. TBS and HBO are wholly owned subsidiaries of Time Warner Inc.
