Bell focuses his research, teaching and consulting on the issues of leadership. He has taught at UNC Kenan-Flagler for over 30 years.
Bell teaches that individuals become effective leaders by understanding themselves and developing their personal strengths. Only then, he says, can they lead and motivate others.
