CLDS, Faculty and Students
...Setting a Course for the Future

For Faculty

Join a global community of scholars and researchers linked to a global network of universities worldwide through GLORI, the Global Logistics Research Initiative. Global teams of faculty and students collaborate to solve real-world problems of moving products and information worldwide. From Asia to Europe to the Americas, GLORI scholars meet annually to exchange ideas from across the globe.

CLDS-developed cases and instructional materials are available for use by educational institutions and corporations. The Center's global logistics technology degree-developed in partnership with Lenoir Community College and the only one of its kind nationally—is fully available online, along with a host of on—line logistics tools.

For Students

UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA and undergraduate students have the opportunity to work with the Center in a variety of ways, including summer internships, research assistantships and independent studies. In addition, the Center typically offers several educational opportunities each year, including a course on the Intelligent Enterprise as well as on-line and live virtual teaming exercises and research seminars.
