For Faculty
Join a global community of scholars and researchers linked to a global network of universities worldwide
through GLORI, the Global Logistics Research Initiative. Global teams of faculty and students collaborate to
solve real-world problems of moving products and information worldwide. From Asia to Europe to the
Americas, GLORI scholars meet annually to exchange ideas from across the globe.
CLDS-developed cases and instructional materials are available for use by educational institutions
and corporations. The Center's global logistics technology degree-developed in partnership with
Lenoir Community College and the only one of its kind nationallyis fully available online, along with a
host of online logistics tools.
For Students
UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA and undergraduate students have the opportunity to work with the Center in a variety of
ways, including summer internships, research assistantships and independent studies. In addition, the
Center typically offers several educational opportunities each year, including a course on the
Intelligent Enterprise as well as on-line and live virtual teaming exercises and research seminars.
