CLDS and Corporate Funders
...Building the Intelligent Enterprise

Established in 1997, CLDS is a resource for organizations struggling with logistics complexity and enterprise change management. We help organizations exploit new technologies to speed innovative ideas to market. These ideas help our clients face challenges such as end-to-end integration of the supply chain, total asset visibility, and real-time control to respond to customer demands and market shifts.

Our areas of expertise include:

  • Global Enterprise Coordination
  • Emerging Logistics Technologies (Intelligent Software, RFID, Wireless, GPS/GIS)
  • Intelligent Decision Support
  • Dynamic Asset Management
  • Event-Driven Planning and Scheduling
  • Adaptive Business Processes and Workflows
  • Multi-Agent System Development and Design

CLDS maintains a global network of partners from academia, business and government. These partners help the Center take ideas from concept to marketplace in a continuous cycle of discovery and application. CLDS is a founder of GLORI, The Global Logistics Research Initiative, a consortium of 10 universities worldwide that collaborate to shape the future of logistics. Our academic partners are located in the three major global markets…Europe, Asia and the Americas.
