In this webinar, Dr. Staats will discuss significant implications of a new direction in the socialization of new employees as well as the impact of this approach on customer satisfaction and employee retention. Traditionally, enculturation of new employees has focused on skills training and the building of organizational identity and pride in the organization. The latest study of socialization practices in a large business process outsourcing company in India however revealed how an initial stage of socialization that emphasizes self-expression and personal identities leads to overall more beneficial outcomes for the firms. The presenter will share in-depth insights from the study and practical implications for onboarding techniques for firms around the world.
This webinar is intended for senior managers, operating managers & HR managers.
