With the rapid globalization of business it is hard to find a multi-national supply chain that does not span across emerging economies. While there are distinct advantages to developing a global supply chain, there are a number of unique supply chain challenges that arise while operating in such environment. In this talk Dr. Swaminathan will bring to light the challenges and opportunities around managing global supply chains spanning emerging economies and discuss successful strategies from various industries.
