Minority-Serving Institutions Program
Historically black colleges (HBCUs) and other minority-serving institutions that seek to advance their internationalization efforts can take advantage of the professional development programs and conferences offered by a consortium of CIBERS.
Globalizing Business Schools (GBS) is a four-year program designed to infuse understanding of the importance of international and interdisciplinary business education. It equips faculty with the pedagogical tools, knowledge and experiences needed to incorporate international content into existing business courses and develop new courses.
An integral component is the one-on-one assistance provided by the sponsoring CIBERs to their respective HBCU partners to facilitate implementation and help them acquire federal grants to support their programs.
For more information, visit GBS.
This program is supported by a Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) grant from the U.S. Department of Education.
