Biography

John Glushik is a member of the investment team at Intersouth Partners, one of the most active and experienced early-stage venture funds in the Southeast. He has a background in engineering and consulting in the IT sector. He is actively involved with most of Intersouth's technology portfolio, including SmartPath, Overture, Neolinear, Xactional, Ziptronix, Defywire, Artifact, Covega, Infoglide and Lambda. He has played a lead role in many of Intersouth's recent technology investments.

 

He has received numerous industry and academic awards, including a Draper Fellowship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

 

Mr. Glushik teaches the Venture Capital Deal Structure class.

 

He received an MBA from Northwestern University, an MS in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in mechanical engineering and materials science from Duke University.
