Biography

Dave Hofmann is an award-winning researcher and teacher in organizational behavior and leadership. He is associate dean of the MBA Program and academic director of the Leadership Initiative. Organizational climate, organizational change, leadership and modeling the influence of organizational factors on individual behavior and performance are the focus of his research and consulting.
