Associate professor of accounting Eva Labro examines the management accounting interface with economics, operations research, and purchasing and supply management. She is an award-winning teacher and researcher. Before she joined UNC Kenan-Flagler, Dr. Labro she served on the faculty of the London School of Economics. A Belgian national, she received her PhD from the Catholic University of Leuven. |

Brad Staats is an assistant professor of operations, technology and innovation management (OTIM). He examines how organizations build effective operational capabilities, with a focus on how to address coordination problems that occur when individuals work in teams within and across organizations. He has worked at a VC firm, Goldman Sachs and Dell Corporation. He received his DBA from Harvard Business School. |

Lynn Fisher is a visiting adjunct associate professor of finance. She comes to UNC Kenan-Flagler from MIT, where she is an associate professor of real estate in the urban studies and planning department and the Center for Real Estate. She researches contracts, tenure decisions and regulation in real estate markets. She received her PhD from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. |

Kevin Hill is a visiting instructor of organizational behavior. He studies how people define and experience their work and work environments, and how non-job work experiences (such as volunteering) affect employees’ satisfaction and commitment to employers. He is finishing his PhD in OB and HR management from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. |
