Company Presentations
Presentations give students the chance to learn more about the company. Recruiters discuss the company’s overall vision, culture and details about open positions. Many companies bring literature and provide a meal or light snack. Audiovisual equipment and support are available through the Career Management Center. To schedule a date, please visit Recruiter Central and complete a form. Presentation times and length are listed below. A recruiting coordinator will be in touch with you within two business days of receiving your request.

Career Fairs and Career Days
Career Exploration Day and Securities Industry Day are a great way to share your career experience by participating in a panel or sponsoring an event. The Career Fair is an opportunity to introduce your company to first- and second-year MBA students. In the spring, UNC Kenan-Flagler will work with other top schools to organize events. Career Club Lunches, Events and Treks
Students at Kenan-Flagler are involved in a variety of clubs to aid them in career development. They host lunches, arrange company visits, and conduct case competitions and mock interviews. All which are valuable in enhancing visibility. Please contact a club leader to schedule an event. Recent company visits have taken place in the following cities:

Office Hour Appointments/Meet & Greet
Recruiters will schedule appointments or block time for an informal “Meet & Greet” to give students an opportunity to learn more about the company. Talk to a Recruiting Coordinator to schedule a date.
Case Competitions
Sponsoring a case competition is a great way to meet talented students and gauge their potential as a prospective employee. To sponsor a competition, contact a career club leader.
Practicum Program
The practicum program allows companies to work with our students to solve a business problem. Managers interact with faculty and MBA talent to solve company issues while students gain relevant work experience. Contact the MBA Program Help Desk at 919.962.3236 or for more information.

The MBA Career Resource Center is used by students to gather company information and prepare for interviews. Send us information that would help students research your company, including:
